BUKI was founded in Seattle in 2016 by marketing executive Stacy Bennett and designer Joey Rodolfo, combining their expertise in brand building, retail, and apparel design with a shared vision: create luxurious clothing that feels exceptional and performs beautifully.
Together, Stacy and Joey built BUKI around the belief that sophisticated style and technical innovation belong in the same wardrobe. Today, that vision defines The Luxury Travel Wardrobe—Engineered to Feel Amazing.

Stacy Bennett, Co-Founder
Stacy brings extensive experience in marketing, retail, and digital commerce, with a career spanning Nordstrom, Amazon, and Tommy Bahama. Her leadership in brand positioning, website development, online merchandising, and email marketing helped establish BUKI’s identity and build its direct-to-consumer business. Her focus on the customer experience connects BUKI’s fabric innovation with the needs of modern life and travel.
Joey Rodolfo, Co-Founder
Joey brings more than 30 years of apparel design and entrepreneurial experience, including work with Bench Company, Cutter & Buck, Resort Two, and JR 1879. His expertise in design, fit, and fabric development shapes BUKI’s refined aesthetic and approach to performance clothing.

Through collaboration with Japanese textile innovators, BUKI developed Buki Tech, our proprietary fabric technology that combines exceptional softness with practical benefits, including stretch and recovery, temperature regulation, moisture management, and easy care.
